Why does KaleiDesigns require an account to order?
Our site provides an online account for all of our customers. This is so that we can provide to you a summary of all your orders and personal information. This includes all past and present purchases, as well as the ability to edit your Address Book and change your e-mail subscription preferences. This online account does not include any financial information and is not shared with any outside companies. To access your account, click on My Account near the top of any page on our site.

I've changed my address and/or my email address. How do I change my account information?
Click on My Account near the top of any page on our site. Log in using your currently registered email address and password. Under the 'My Account' section, click the 'View or change my account information' link to be taken to where you can update your information.

I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
Click on My Account near the top of any page on our site. Underneath where you put in your log in information, click the Password Forgotten link and follow the directions for receiving a new password instantly by e-mail to the address registered with our site.
