How do I know if you received my order and when it has shipped?
An order confirmation will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you have on file in your account. You will also receive updated order status notifications for when your order has been shipped. You can access these updates at any time by viewing your order status through My Account.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping. Please note, however, that if you are paying with PayPal, you must indicate the shipping address at PayPal as well as with our site.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom.
