How do I redeem my points?

If you have a points balance in your Rewards Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at KaleiDesigns.

During the checkout process (on the payments page), there will be a checkbox to select to redeem your Rewards Points. You will also have to select another payment method if there is not enough points in your Rewards Points Account to cover the total cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Rewards Points Account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Please note, if you go back and make any changes to your order, you must reselect the checkbox on the payment page for your Rewards Points to be applied. Likewise, if you wish to cancel having Rewards Points applied to your account, go back to the payments page and unselect the checkbox under Rewards Points Redemption if it is selected.

If you're using PayPal Express Checkout...
Because of the way that PayPal Express Checkout handles the payment process, it by-passes our own payments page during checkout to save a step during the process. Because of this, you'll notice a link on the order confirmation page indicating to redeem your points towards the purchase. That link must be clicked in order for you to be directed to the payments page where you can select the checkbox to redeem your points as outlined above.
