Is there a minimum Rewards Points balance required?
No. There is no minimum balance required to start redeeming your Rewards Points.

Do I have to order over a certain amount before I can redeem points?
No. There is not a minimum purchase amount required to redeem your Rewards Points. You can order as little or as much as you'd like!

How many points can I redeem at one time?
A maximum of 5,000 Rewards Points ($250.00) is allowed to redeem per order.

Will I earn Rewards Points for shipping fees?
No. When calculating the amount of Rewards Points earned on the order total, the shipping fees are excluded.

Will I earn Rewards Points for charged tax?
No. When calculating the amount of Rewards Points earned on the order total, the taxes are excluded.

Will I earn Rewards Points on discounted or sales items?
Yes. When calculating the amount of Rewards Points earned on the order total, all items which have been discounted are included. Your points earned for those items will be based on the discounted price.

Are there any items I can't purchase with my points?
There are no restrictions to the items that may be purchased using your Rewards Points balance.

Can I use my points to pay for shipping fees?
Yes. Rewards Points are redeemable towards shipping fees.

Will I still earn Rewards Points on a purchase that is paid with points?
Yes. You'll be able to earn points on a purchase--even if it includes redeemed Rewards Points, but only for the remaining total amount* that is not covered by redeemed Rewards Points or other discounts.
