Please note that your shipping selection automatically defaults to Free Shipping if your order qualifies. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days after your order has processed.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)
• Shipping quotes are provided in real-time during the checkout process and are based on the total weight of your order and your postal code. This is to ensure that you receive the best shipping price possible for your individual order
• Email notifications are mailed when your order has been shipped. Your order status with updated shipping information can be found in your account history. (If you do not receive these notifications, please check your spam filters)
• All orders ship usually within 2-4 business days once payment has been received and cleared. Orders then arrive within the time specified during the checkout process (based on USPS estimates). Please check your account status prior to contacting us about expected arrival dates.
• Orders are filled Monday through Friday and are shipped Tuesdays and Saturdays. In the event that a shipping day lands on a holiday, orders will be shipped the following business day.

International Orders

• We ship internationally to Australia, Canada and United Kingdom
• Due to the expense of insuring packages that are shipped outside the U.S., your package is not insured unless you select a shipping option that provides insurance within the quote (ie: Global Express Guaranteed (GXG)). What this means is that once your package is delivered to our shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it arriving to you safely. We make sure your items are packaged well and that customs forms and address labels are printed completely and clearly so that we have done everything within our power for your package to arrive to you safely. Internationally shipped orders that are uninsured and lost in transit are non-refundable. Please consider this before ordering.
• You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government
• KaleiDesigns is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation or declare it as a "gift".

Returns

• All pattern sales are final.
• All other sales returns must be in the same unused condition as received. Items that have been modified, altered or used cannot be accepted.
• We do everything we can to ensure that your order is packaged in the best way possible so that you'll receive your order safely.
  However, in the event that any part of your order is damaged, you must:
  
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Retain all original packaging, including the box/container and all packaging materials in the event of a postal inspection when filing a claim.
• If you do not contact us within 3 days, or do not retain the materials as states above, we may be unable to process your claim.
• Prior to returning any full or partial orders, you must obtain return approval. Returns placed prior to approval will not be accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless it was our mistake in sending you the wrong item), and we must receive the approved return within 30 days of original purchase.
• KaleiDesigns reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
